No, the system works because the IP address she used for her host was
a source of malware. From MY point of view, I would want the site
blocked. Think about it this way, scammers sets up site www.cheapwatches.tld
on 12.34.56.789 and send out a billion spams. Has a trojan delivery
in an iframe on the site. Site gets listed by google, so he creates a
new domain www.freepornteens.tld on the same IP (or same netblock).
Should the second site be excluded from the malware list just because
the domain name is different?
I don't think so; Google agrees.
Bad neighborhood. Move out. Deal with your mistake, clean up the
mess, and learn from it.
