It's my understanding that Dodd was the originator of the compensation limits amendment to begin with, and did not author the exceptions that gave AIG the loophole - that was from the administration. The exception was not Dodd's - it was a compromise that, according to previous articles, he fought but ultimately lost on. How does that make him any more responsible than every other congresscritter who voted for it? Am I outraged? Like everyone else, yeah.
