I agree, though I'd suggest using the command line version either way. The titles you want to encode are probably standard for each disc so you could write a simple command wrapped in a for loop. In the event that the titles aren't consistent you could always scan each disc and write out the proper title selections. That could take a while, but when you're done, you'd have one script that you can run. Or fix the GUI.
