I bought my first Mac (SE 30) in 1987. It still works.My iPhone died, 2 months outside the warranty, and Apple was kind enough to send me a new one, priority overnight FedEx, gratis. It'll be here Monday. It's great to see Apple doing the right thing, offering innovative products and making sure that their customers are treated fairly. And in this case, more than fairly. Thanks for the helpful suggestions regarding the dead iPhone. I'm grateful to belong to community of such knowledgeable and helpful people. Thanks, Jared.
