Hi, You may be suffering from the bug reported here http://bugs.orfeo-toolbox.org/view.php?id=849, which has been recently solved but is present in the version you are using.
If the application parameters are filled from the bottom towards the top of the gui, the issue does not appear. This may help. Otherwise, try using the cli version.
