Hi Allen, You are using OTB from QGIS, right?
It could be an issue with the way QGIS tries to find your OTB installation. Can you tell us which version of QGIS you have? when you say "fresh reinstall" what did you reinstall exactly? Whenever I use any of them I get the error "otbapplicationlaunchercommandline.exe has stopped working". In the log, the only error is "The following layers were not correctly generated. * Output vector file You can check the log messages to find more information about the execution of the algorithm" I've now tried a fresh reinstall and have the same errors.
