Hi Did you download OTB binary package?
The application to use is *OpticalCalibration* which should be available in the processing panel. If you've a standard Pleiades product (level 1A for instance), the OpticalCalibration should run with all the default parameter (it should recognize the sensor and set all parameters automatically). If it does not work in QGIS and other option is to launch the monteverdi application available in the OTB binary package. It gives access to all otb applications including OpticalCalibration through a GUI environment. Let me know.
