CI with peds patient

Does anyone have information regarding the use of this treatment with the pediatric population?   I have a 2 y/o (shaken baby) with left hemiplegia.  I am considering all treatment options because his accident was last July and he has had minimal return in this UE.  However, he has gotten some movement back in the LE.  Thanks for any suggestions, Ginger
