Hi Wendy
How about the muesli-based snack bars with flapjack? These tend to have
lower sugar, I'm told.  Would fresh fruit be an option?  Or soup?  Would
a local baker deliver ready-made sandwiches, or would that involve
needing a refrigerated display? (On the other hand the baker might pay
for that since it's his wares being sold, or at least go halves with
you?)
Some ideas from the top of my head.  Hope one of them is of use to you.
