I've always seen *OT* models as overarching conceptual 
constructs that draw on philosophical foundations and theory to 
provide a broad framework for OT intervention.

The trouble starts when we get OT specific models confused with 
models from other disciplines, or ideas which aren't really 
models at all (e.g. the social model of disability is not a 
model per se, but a perspective).
