Hey: I talked with a former student who said she was offered a peds position in south Florida were her salary was based on the number of clients she treated. She said that her salary would be 50% of her billable charges.
Has anyone heard of this type of salary system? It certainly seems to raise questions of potential ethical concerns. It's like the therapist is working on commission.
