Ron: Would be interesting to read the viewpoints in response to your question. My take on this is- see either a PT who understands and implements a functional approach as well, or an OT who is comfortable with the biomechanical aspects of elbow rehabilitation along with maintaining his/her focus on the function. (A physio-occupational therapist, the insurance companies might like this?) Joe
