1. The message has been rejected 2. The message is 'lost in cyberspace' So, if your message doesn't post and you do NOT receive a reject notice (VERY rare for a message to be rejected), please send me a message or just resend your original message to the OTlist. The lost message scenario does happen because just the other day, I approved a message but it never posted to the list.
