I know that one of the topics in the Dementia Care Specialists courses is 'regulations and reimbursements' and their info is very practical. www.dementiacarespecialists.com. Debbie You may find this resource useful for you as well. Some of the OTs in our local equivalent to 'skilled nursing facilities' are using the correspondence course and the staff training videos with success. Early days yet but management is buying in in quite a big way. Judging from the posts to this list this issue shapes much of the practice in the US and uses huge amounts of time and energy.
