So, do you use crafts in your job?  I feel that this aspect does make OT unique 
and has been severely compromised over the years because of financial 
priorities.  Dare I say, some would say we are just upper body PT's. 

Yikes! That should get a rise out of everyone.

I work in Physical disabilities, INpatient Rehab. I would be concerned about
