Bei mir sieht es so aus: <OTRS_CONFIG_HttpType>://<OTRS_CONFIG_FQDN>/<OTRS_CONFIG_ScriptAlias>index.pl?Action=AgentZoom&TicketID=<OTRS_TICKET_ID> Ist die Version 1.2.3 - vielleicht hat sich das Tag auch geändert (Du hattest ja die 2.0, oder?) Aber probier es einfach aus.
