Hallo Der Tip OTRS 2 aus Debian/experimental zu nehmen hat funktioniert. Nun hab ich noch eine Verständnissfrage. Ich hab in der /etc/otrs/apache2-httpd.include.conf folgendes auskommentiert. Perlrequire /usr/share/otrs/scripts/apache2-perl-startup.pl Doch dann startet der Apache 2 überhaupt nicht. Im Error.log schmiert er mir jede menge Perl Meldungen mit fehlenden Verzeichnissen und Dateien
z.b. Kann mir jmd sagen wie ich das Los werde? Ich würe schon gern alle Mdule beim Start Laden das der Server etwas flotter wird. Server ist Debian 3.1 mit OTRS aus Experimental. Er funktioniert mit auskommentierter Zeile problemlos, nur halt etwas langsam.
