Die Ursache wird sein, dass keine GenericAgent.pm Datei vorhanden ist.
Versuch mal die Datei $OTRS_HOME/Kernel/Config/GenericAgent.pm.dist
nach $OTRS_HOME/Kernel/Config/GenericAgent.pm zu kopieren um den Fehler
zu umgehen.
