Hallo, ich habe neuerdings auf unserem OTRS folgende Fehlermeldung:

Auf nachfragen meinerseits im Kollegium hieß es dann man wollte zusätzliche Sprachen anlegen (ispell) und ist dabei gescheitert. Die Vermutung liegt nun nahe, daß hier auf dem System etwas gelöscht worden ist - leider ist nicht nachvollziehbar, was gelöscht worden ist. Meine Frage nun an die Liste wäre, wie ich das System wieder "gerade" ziehen kann? Mein Ansatz wäre hier ein RPM Update zu fahren (natürlich die DB vorher sichern).... aber vielleicht hat ja schon jemand die gleiche Erfahrung gemacht und hat einen einfacheren Weg für mich - zumal es sich um ein Livesystem handelt, welches ich nicht einfach mal für 2-3 Std. abschalten kann. Es handelt sich dabei um eine OpenSuSE 10.1 64Bit, mit einem OTRS in der Version 2.0.4-10.x86_64. Vielen Dank im Voraus.
