Hallo,
Wir setzen OTRS 2.2.5 ein. Wenn HTML Mails an OTRS gesendet werden erhalten die
Tickets automatisch 2 Anhänge (file-1 und file-2) welche die Nachricht jeweils
als HTML oder Text enthalten.
Meine Frage nun, ist dass das Standard Verhalten von OTRS oder ist das eine
Einstellung bei uns? Lassen sich HTML Mails auch direkt anzeigen?
PostmasterAutoHTML2Text habe ich mal auf nein gesetzt. Hat aber nichts geändert.
