Hallo Matthias, die Einstellung Ticket::Type::Default wird leider nicht für "manuelle" neue Tickets herangezogen, wenn man Ticket::Type auf Ja setzt. Sie dient scheinbar nur dem Posteingang? Dann werde ich mir wohl mal das mit den Templates anschauen...
