The mail queue seems empty:
$ sudo -u otrs /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.Console.pl Maint::Email::MailQueue --list
Mail queue is empty.
Done.

But that's no surprise since the error says that the unsent message was removed.


The communication logs show this :

I still don't see how I can get to this (possibly) unsent message #520.

If you have any idea, please let me know, otherwise, I'm going to let
it go as unresolved error.
It's the only unresolved one I had in a month. I'm ok with this.
