Is it possible, that you updated your OpenTRS but not the database?

If yes, try the db update script:
host:~ # cat /opt/OpenTRS/scripts/DBUpdate.mysql.sql | mysql -f -u root -p otrs'

If not, tell me more about your installation (OpenTRS release, ...).
