Hi, Hm, I would make a direct mysql connection that select new tickets. usaly, there is a flag in the database for this. but I don't know this flag. ;-) Then I can create the HTML printing-page from the otrs source. I would convert it using html2ps and send it to lpr. Running this script in cronjob every minute will be enough for me.
