** Reply Requested When Convenient ** Despite specifying the users that are allowed to post tickets through ldap (eg group cn=otrsusers,o=wcs); when i search for a customer, it still gives me objects that are located in the tree, rather than just those users that are located in the specified group... any ideas how to fix this???
