Hey everyone,

for some reason I don't receive anymore emails in my queues. I had
everything running fine, but now the emails are not moved into the
queues correctly. I have the correct settings for the pop3 accounts and
the system actually receives the emails.

I know this since the pop3 accounts are empty even though I sent an
email to them. The pop3 accounts are working because if I directly check
them after I sent an email to them, the email is there. Then OTRS
receives the emails. I know this since Norton Antivirus comes up and
scans the incoming mail. For a while I thought  Norton deletes the
email, but after I turned Norton off I still have the same problem.

I can search for the mails, but can't find them. It seems as OTRS
deletes the email directly after it received it. Is this a bug of OTRS
1.1.3 or have I just forgotten about some settings?
