Hi ,
Is there a install howto for Debian (i'm using Ubuntu) , i am having
difficulty getting OTRS to work on it.
Basically I followed the steps:
apt-get install otrs
It solves all the dependencies etc , but when I go to the installer I
get "Not Found" error.Forgive my newbie-ness , I did manage to get it
going on a WinXp machine (for testing purposes) but now need to setup a
production box , and would prefer nix....
back to the drawing board...
