NO matter what I do I cannot get the out of the box email functionality to work FULLY. IT receives with no problems but it cannot send the right way.
I am assuming it is because our dumb ISP SBCYAHOOO in columbus needs us to use their SMTP server to send mail. WEll I went into the config files and put in the 4 lines for using SMTP but then the OTRS fails to start. CHecked syntax and everything IT still does not do the job for me. How do we setup SMTP any guides or readmes avaible. THe manual has 4 lines of code in it thats all!!!
