Hey,

I have not gotten a response from my last email I hope that this one is a 
little easier to understand and someone can give me a quick example of how 
to.

I have several customers that I want them to view only the tickets associated 
to them. Then I want to have one customer to view all of their tickets. How 
can I acomplish this. As per my last email (Customer Groups, Queues and 
Views) I obviously am doing it wrong.
