Hi, 

Over the weekend I have had an influx of spam. 17.000 messages all dumped into 
one
queue + several hundred in another.

Problem is that I can't access the generic agent. Simply times out and when I 
check the 
process queue - it's clear the generic agents can't handle the amount of 
messages, as
it is spinning up to 100% cpu but doesn't actually action anything.

Anyone have any ideas how to:

a) flush the queue
b) get the generic agent to run
