Hello, I install a otrs 2.0.4, in debian with apache2
When make a action, for example, create a new tk. The system alert this
event, sending an e-mail, but all this alert recibed are double or
duplicated.
I not find a bad configuration, probe many variants, but withing solution.
Whats can make double mails?
