I just want to know if it's possible to do the following:
- I receive directly the tickets in HTML, in the queue view.
- When i do empty answer i want to maintan the HTML format, instead of passing again to plain text.
Is this possible to do? And if it is where should i change (or anybody as an idea of how to change for this format??)
