Hi,

When the customers are receiving the mail, they are getting mails like
this.


You can see the progress of your ticket at

<OTRS_CONFIG_HttpType>://<OTRS_CONFIG_FQDN>/<OTRS_CONFIG_ScriptAlias>customer.pl?Action=CustomerZoom&TicketID=<OTRS_TICKET_TicketID>


How to overcome this problem.
