Is this possible?
You can configure events in OTRS - see Ticket::EventModulePost###1-ForceStateChangeOnLock and following. The problem is: * not well documented yet * really everything can be done, but not out of the box - you have to write your own modules, but you can use the existing modules as template I suggest do search the mail-archive - sending a mail on ticket-closure was often topic on past mailings. > > Thanks! > > Regards, > Gonzalo Bye, Alex _______________________________________________ OTRS mailing list: otrs - Webpage: http://otrs.org/ Archive: http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs To unsubscribe: http://lists.otrs.org/cgi-bin/listinfo/otrs Support orr consulting for your OTRS system? => http://www.otrs.com/
