This module just stored the temporary uoploaded files in FS (I think so).
What you're looking for is (in Sysconfig)
Ticket::StorageModule: ArticleStorageFS
The articles are stored in ~otrs/var/article
The kind of storage can be changed on-the-fly since v2.0(?) .
And can I store only the attachment in FS? Not article, but attachment?
