Is there a recommended method of migrating data from 1 OTRS install
to another? What I have is the following...
1 existing OTRS install at a customer site
1 new OTRS install, with some data, at my site
We want to consolidate all of our customer trouble tracking onto 1
OTRS instance, so I am curious if there is an preferred method of
extracting all the data from the older single client ITRS install and
importing all of that data into the new multi client install.
If not, we will just cut them over, but both the customer, and we,
would like to preserve the data if possible.
