Well now i'm stupid, but will this not just move them over in to the Junk queue 
?, are there a way to auto delete the Junk queue?

Create a postmaster filter based on the value of mail headers like the
following:

X-Spam-Flag=YES

and set X-OTRS-QUEUE=Junk

Then create a generic task which purges the Junk queue once in a while.
Please note that the X-Spam-Flag must be inserted by an antispam
software like spamassassin. Otrs can't detect spam by itself.
Depending on your antispam software config the header and the value can vary.
