Objet : Re: [otrs] POP3 configuration : keep the mail in the popped mailbox

Hi Fabrice,

OTRS is not able to do this, the best way is to create a mailing list of the
email address you use for the feeding email address and then create
2 accounts, one OTRS picks up from and another that is an archive mailbox.

e.g.
[EMAIL PROTECTED] -> [EMAIL PROTECTED]
                    -> [EMAIL PROTECTED]

We have this setup and it works smoothly. Having mail left on the server using
POP is a nasty way to do it, if the email server was having a bad day you could
end up with lots of duplicate emails/tickets everytime it polled the mailbox.

Hope this helps

Steve
