Hi Leonardo, Thank you for your suggestion. In fact, I've made a mistake and I forgot abut it, and your suggestion reminded me that I've already tried to negate these lines, and not by commenting them but by adding these two lines to my Config.pm:
$Self->{'Frontend::Module'}->{'AdminUserGroup'} = { } And letting the module function empty. So, I removed these two lines, then SysConfig took the control again over the module, no need to comment out any lines. Again thank you for your assistance ________________________________ > From: leonardo.certu...@itcon-ltda.com > Date: Wed, 15 Jul 2009 14:25:25 -0500 > To: otrs@otrs.org > Subject: Re: [otrs] How can I disable a module? > > Then comment the right lines on the /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm file, > they're: > > $Self->{'Frontend::Module'}->{'AdminUserGroup'} = { > Group => ['admin'], > > > Description => 'Admin', > Title => 'Users <-> Groups', > NavBarName => 'Admin', > NavBarModule => { > Module => 'Kernel::Output::HTML::NavBarModuleAdmin', > > > Name => 'Users <-> Groups', > Block => 'Block1', > Prio => 200, > }, > }; > > Not sure if it's the most elegant way but it should work > > > > Leonardo Certuche > > > > On Wed, Jul 15, 2009 at 12:04 PM, Mohamed-Amine Kadimi> wrote: > > > > > Yes of course, but it seems like my actions are not considered by otrs.
