Ahh OK, thanks very much Martin!  I did some searching around but didn't find 
this bug report, so thank you very much for the link, and glad to see it will 
be fixed on the next release.  Pesky Outlook...

You are totally right! To handle this "bad" HTML we implemented a  
converter for cross client (email and browser) compatibility. :)

And there is the problem. There is also a but report and the issues is  
already fixed (available in
OTRS 2.4.2 - available this week).
