Hi Brian, Of course this is possible... it would need a little configuration though. I have a couple of concerns though:
1. People will also just open tickets to select the right ticket.. I don't really know what you'd want to do with the data you gather, but I doubt they would be good for statistics or so. 2. It will generate a large amount of ticket history data. 3. information of the ticket is also displayed in the QueueView, StatusView etc; you might want to remove the "Preview" mode in this case. 4. It is not a configuration option, mainly due to points 1...3 above; you'd need to do a small development for this.
