Hi Christopher,

Your user account does have any mail address in mail field and givenName ?
Do you use LDAP or Active Directory ? My sample is for AD.
Did you try multiple login ? For older OTRS version, you must login 2 times to have o good account (first time OTRS will create witout login, and second time you can login).
Try to login with an account without "accent".
