Hey there! My main question is, if I can have another completely different server to store the attachments. If I can, than I need to know if what is the correct way to set the ArticleDir (I'm trying with //servername/folder).
I've tried giving permissions to the Apache user (Allow services to interact with desktop) but that sounds that's giving permission over the same server which has the OTRS installation not another server. If I set the ArticleDir locally meaning c:/folder, it works, but I need it to be in another server. Thanks for all the help, hope anyone can help me. Go to control panel services, right click on Apache -> properties -> logon tab. Set a user in here. The local account does not have access to write to a network drive. The only point is that I will not be the one who will develop that code and can not force him to do so (but I will propose) :) I wanted only to be sure that there is no problem if we customize the code in the way WE want and need.
