Hi, I have previously installed OTRS, and have setup some IMAP email account for its use. The following is my settings: Type: IMAPS Username: support@******.com Password: ******** Host: imap.google.com IMAP Folder: Support (created with Google's tag function) And the username and password are verified to be correct.
However, when I am testing to have it fetch the email, it shows Error Message: IMAPS: Can't connect to imap.google.com.
