Sorry you don’t like it. As I said you can also use the app - when I did so a few months ago when we had an outage (tree down) it gave me an ETR and sent me a text message with status updates. Services down since 4:40PM CT with no current ETR. Appears to affect a North/South line of communities stretching from O'Hare to Bridge view. That's all the info I have; if anyone can provide anything more technical that would be appreciated.
