I am in Adelaide, South Austraila and have been using them for around 12
years with no problems. They even offer voice over broadband as well.
When you ring support, you get a humanoid, which is a big bonus. ;o)))

I know there has been talk about Aussie ISP's in the past but I've
not taken
much notice as I'm not in Aussie...
but now my daughter is there and looking at getting a new iMac and
will want
a good ISP... any comments about Mac friendly ones would be
welcome... she
is in Melbourne... and I guess sell will be after high speed
connection of
some sort. She does not have a land line (but the flat is wired up)-
just
uses Vodafone cell phone for now...
