I see that master has changed a little and will require a respin here, but I doubt it's a big deal. This is where it becomes important to have good documentation for how OVSDB RBAC works; I guess that this is not yet available (other than the commit message) in the previous patch. I see that this adds some documentation for the ovn-sb RBAC tables, but there's a real need for a description of the overall design and its goals, because otherwise the users won't understand what's important here.
