Looking at the loop below I think the part for TSP is wrong.
We shouldn't sync anything from SB, we have an address and
that should be populated from IC-NB. The sync should actually
be more in line with the sync_router_port, there we sync from IC
databases to NB.

It's interesting but the sync_remote_port is actually
