Thanks for reporting the problem. I fixed it in v2: https://patchwork.ozlabs.org/project/openvswitch/list/?series=139731 p.s. the options --db-isb-create-insecure-remote=yes and --db-inb-create-insecure-remote=yes are useless here, although it is not harmful. These options belong to command start_ic_ovsdb.
