I think I know what the issue is. We are only checking that the number
of loaded connections is equal to the number of active connections. It
could be that the number of loaded connections is incorrect. I had
assumed that the number of loaded connections would have been set by now
- perhaps it isn't. I will add a check. If you are still having an
issue, could you add "ipsec status --rundir $ovs_base/left" and "ipsec
status --rundir $ovs_base/right" before the pings? ( or maybe just the
last section as it is quite verbose).
